Discovery call bookings
When you book a discovery call through our scheduling tool (Calendly), Calendly collects your name, email address, and timezone on our behalf. Please refer to Calendly's privacy policy for details on how they handle this information.
Client engagements
Clients who engage our professional services provide personal and financial information necessary to prepare tax returns, financial statements, and related filings. This includes Social Insurance Numbers, income details, investment records, corporate information, and other tax-relevant data. This information is collected under the professional obligations of a Chartered Professional Accountant and is handled with the confidentiality standards required by CPA Alberta and CPA Canada.
Website usage data

Website analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics' data retention settings, which we have configured to the minimum available period.
